Courier delivery
Delivery is carried out by courier service to the specified address within the Republic of Moldova.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation at the specified e-mail address. Our manager may contact you to clarify details if needed.
- Orders placed on business days are processed within 24 hours
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day
- Delivery terms and cost are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on the region
In-store pickup
You can collect your order in person from our store at: str. Alexandru cel Bun, 49, Chișinău. Opening hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 - 18:00, Saturday 10:00 - 14:00.
We will notify you by phone or e-mail once the order is ready.
Delivery terms and cost
Delivery cost is calculated individually for each order, depending on the region and selected delivery method.
- Within Chișinău - delivery in 1 - 2 business days
- Across the Republic of Moldova - delivery in 2 - 5 business days
- In-store pickup - on the day the order is ready
- Free delivery for orders from 999 MDL
