FabeL Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Fabel online store and the placement of orders for products presented on the fabel.md website.

By using the Fabel website, browsing its pages, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and accept them.

Fabel reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. The current version of the document is always published on the website.

1. General Provisions

Use of the website constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by “MIXACON-LUX” SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the customer and the seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection, as well as by other regulatory acts adopted pursuant to it. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is responsible for keeping track of such changes.

The product information presented on the website includes descriptions, images, available sizes, colors, and product prices. We make every effort to display product characteristics and colors as accurately as possible. However, the actual color of a product may differ slightly from the image displayed on the screen depending on the user's device settings.

Fabel reserves the right to change the product range, characteristics, prices, and availability without prior notice. Such changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed, unless otherwise provided by law.

All materials on the website — photographs, texts, graphic elements, the logo, design, and other materials — are part of the Fabel website and may not be used, copied, or distributed without the prior permission of the rights holder, except where permitted by law.

2. Personal Data

To place and fulfill an order, Fabel may request the personal data necessary from the user, including first and last name, telephone number, email address, and delivery address.

The information provided is used to process and confirm orders, arrange delivery, communicate with the customer, and provide information about the status of the order.

Personal data may be transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfill the order, such as courier services and payment systems, or where required by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Fabel takes the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

3. Placing and Paying for an Order

To place an order, the user selects the required products, size, and quantity, adds them to the shopping cart, and provides the information necessary for processing and delivery.

After an order is placed, a confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the user. If necessary, a Fabel manager may contact the customer to clarify the details of the order.

An order is considered accepted for processing after it has been confirmed by Fabel.

The product price is indicated on the website at the time the order is placed. The delivery cost may depend on the selected delivery method and region.

Fabel reserves the right to cancel or suspend the processing of an order in the event that the selected product is unavailable, a technical error occurs, incorrect information is provided, or other circumstances prevent the order from being fulfilled. In such cases, the customer will be notified separately.

Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process and may depend on the selected method of receiving the product.

When placing an order, the user must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Fabel is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver caused by incorrectly provided information.

4. Delivery and Receipt of the Order

Fabel delivers orders through a courier service to the address provided by the user when placing the order.

The delivery time and cost depend on the region and the selected delivery method and are calculated during the checkout process.

Orders placed on business days are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

The user may also choose to collect the order from the Fabel store at:

After the order has been prepared, the customer receives a notification that it is ready for collection.

Upon receiving the order, the customer is advised to check the integrity of the packaging and ensure that the received product corresponds to the order.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Fabel provides the possibility of returning or exchanging products in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Moldova and the conditions established for the specific product.

The Fabel website provides for the return and exchange of products within 14 days, subject to the applicable conditions.

A product intended for return or exchange must comply with the requirements established by law and Fabel's rules, including preservation of its original saleable condition, completeness, and relevant documents where required.

Certain categories of products may be subject to special restrictions on returns or exchanges in accordance with legislation and sanitary and hygiene requirements.

If the received product has a manufacturing defect, does not correspond to the order, or was damaged before receipt, you should contact Fabel as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

6. Data Retention Period

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on the Protection of Personal Data, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith and on the basis of and in accordance with legal provisions. Personal data is processed using both automated and manual methods, in compliance with legal requirements and under conditions ensuring security, confidentiality, and respect for the rights of data subjects.

The provider collects and processes only the personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: first name, last name, telephone number, address, and postal address.

Fabel processes personal data exclusively for purposes necessary for the operation of the website, order processing, delivery arrangements, communication with customers, and improvement of service quality.

The website may use cookies to ensure proper website operation, perform analytics, and improve the user experience.

The user can manage cookie settings through their browser settings.
